Leah Roper

Leah Roper is a trial attorney focused on labor and employment law. She fell in love with this specific area of law during an internship. The cases, people, and personal stories inspired her to be the attorney who could help them.

Leah took a position with Laird Hammons Laird for several reasons. Most of all, she respected our reputation as a hard-working team who stand up for clients. Working as part of a team and sharing resources is exciting to her, as she hopes to be able to combine her strategies and approach to the existing team to benefit everyone, particularly her clients.

Leah is passionate about her community and spends a lot of time volunteering and serving on the boards of local nonprofits. She is currently serving on three different nonprofit boards: Oklahoma Women’s Coalition, Community Literacy Centers, and the Plaza District Association. Additionally, Leah volunteers with several community nonprofits, including the Arts Council of Oklahoma City, deadCenter Film Festival, and the Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma.
