A University of Oklahoma undergraduate and law graduate, he is known for practical, plain-language guidance that helps clients make sound legal decisions during high-stress financial and family transitions. He introduced the firm's consumer-bankruptcy practice track in 2022 and continues to advise on debt-resolution structure, enforceable planning documents, and clear administration workflows that reduce uncertainty.
Jim serves on nonprofit and community initiatives in Oklahoma and has supported consumer-rights advocacy through bankruptcy and financial-relief education.
