Colby brings more than a decade of trial experience and a broad litigation background spanning personal injury, civil rights, federal practice, employment, and tribal law. His path includes prosecution and defense experience, service as a former Administrative Law Judge for the State of Oklahoma, and service as a Tribal Nation Supreme Court Justice. In practice, he is known for precision briefing, disciplined constitutional analysis, and case development that can withstand procedural and immunity-focused defenses in state and federal forums.
Colby has advised state and tribal legislative bodies and contributes to legal education through CLE instruction and public-interest writing, including constitutional and governmental-liability analysis.
